The superior quality of our SCOTTISH KING begins from selecting the finest Atlantic Salmon in the waters of Scotland’s Hebrides Islands. Once selected, each fillet is cleaned and deboned followed by a 24 hour immersion in fresh herbs, sea salt and brown sugar. Our recipe has been in the family for generations and produces a texture perfect to absorb our natural smoke. A distinct flavor develops over smoldering natural wood chips. The ready-to-eat salmon sides are painstakingly hand-trimmed, thinly sliced and vacuum packed to seal in our “smoke-house freshness.”.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS Serve our Smoked Salmon at ambient room temperature. Separate the slices and let the smoked salmon breathe – you’ll be amazed how the flavor deepens and the silky texture improves!

For a simple snack, serve the smoked salmon on a toasted bagel with cream cheese, sliced onions, tomatoes and capers. Or, impress your friends with a smoked salmon hors d'œuvre. Lightly toast fresh brown bread, remove the crusts and cut into small squares. Wrap the smoked salmon around a small portion of cream cheese and place on the toast. Garnish with your choice of caviar or salmon roe. Enjoy!
